Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Delivery times

We ship from partner warehouses, including facilities overseas. Estimated delivery after processing:

• United States: 7–15 business days (most orders arrive in about 10)

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs, weather, and peak periods can add time.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on all orders within the United States.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed when your order ships. It can take 2–5 days for tracking to show movement after the label is created.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Lost or stuck packages

If tracking hasn't updated in 10+ business days, or your package is marked delivered but you don't have it, email cobeyd2001@yahoo.com and we'll help track it down or make it right.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't reroute a package once it's shipped, and orders returned to sender due to an incorrect address may incur a re-shipping fee.
