Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, here's how it works.

Returns

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, email cobeyd2001@yahoo.com with your order number and the reason. We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Items sent back without a prior request can't be accepted.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — in which case we cover it.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you haven't received it, please email us.

Non-returnable items

Items marked final sale, and items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery, can't be returned.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 12 hours of purchase, before the order enters fulfillment. After that, we can't guarantee a cancellation.
